BRANDLESS | navigation redesign
When I joined Brandless, the scale at which the business was hoping to grow began to require a more scalable user experience that housed what product existed at the time, but also considered what will exist in the future. I redesigned the site global navigation to be a full-width, multi-column layout. In doing this, I created a brand new location for product photography, to bring more color and better represent the category the user had open. I worked with site merchandisers on reducing duplicative taxonomy and strategized with the creative team on the types of photography to use in these dropdowns. I also redesigned the way a user's account shows, giving them upfront options to select from to better streamline their account needs.
